根据新冠肺炎的发展情况，我们看到有关当局、医院和航空公司对某些特定国家采取了限制措施，这将影响到一部分客户从其选择的出国计划中能得到的保障及服务。
我们的团队时刻关注疫情情况及每个客户的就医案例，并为每位客户提供可替代的解决方案，同时在个案基础上告知相关方已开展实施的预防措施，以便更好地对每个案例进行单独管理。
在此，我们会优先考虑继续向客户提供服务，并在不断变化的环境中确保提供最准确的信息，以便我们能够正确地进行期望管理。为此，我们启动了业务连续性计划，以应对新冠肺炎的蔓延，确保我们在全球各地持续运营。但是，我们必须意识到，第三方的限制可能会阻碍该政策的正常运作。
